The Whoniverse SMP Minecraft server, and the interface the website uses to talk to it, run on a machine that DocTeam operates itself in Belgium.

The DocTeam name and logo, the design and texts of this website, DocTeam's mods (their code, textures, models and sounds) and the pictures and videos published by DocTeam are protected by copyright. They belong to DocTeam and its contributors.
You may download our mods free of charge to play with them, and share links to their pages. Unless we say otherwise, do not upload our mods or other content elsewhere, sell them or present them as your own without our written permission.
Content published by members
Forum posts, profile posts, profile pictures and anything else members publish belong to their authors. Members allow DocTeam to show this content on the website, as described in the terms of use.
If you think something on the website infringes your rights, send us the exact address of the page and explain why. We will remove it promptly if the request is justified.
Doctor Who, Minecraft and other trademarks
Doctor Who, TARDIS, Dalek and the related names and logos are trademarks of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). Minecraft and the Minecraft name, brand and assets belong to Mojang AB and Microsoft. YouTube, X, Discord, CurseForge, Modrinth and NeoForge belong to their respective owners.
DocTeam is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the BBC, Mojang or Microsoft, and only uses their names to describe what its creations are about.

DocTeam follows the Minecraft End User License Agreement and the Minecraft Usage Guidelines:
- our mods are free and are distributed on their own, never together with Minecraft game files;
- playing with our mods or on the Whoniverse SMP requires your own genuine copy of Minecraft: Java Edition;
- in-game money, ranks and other items on the Whoniverse SMP have no real-world value;
- DocTeam, not Mojang or Microsoft, is responsible for this website, the mods and the server, including the protection of players' personal data.
Fonts and software
The website uses the Nunito Sans and Rubik fonts, published under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and open-source software published under its own licences.
Liability
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may contain mistakes or become outdated. We cannot guarantee that the website, the mods or the Whoniverse SMP will always be available or free of errors.
Members are responsible for what they publish. DocTeam does not check content before it is published, but removes content that is unlawful or breaks the terms of use as soon as we become aware of it.
You install mods and test versions at your own risk: back up your Minecraft worlds before installing a new version. The terms of use give more details. Nothing on this page limits our liability where the law does not allow it.
